- Air pressure monitoring
Overpressure experiment pressure value is above 30KPA.
After multiple pressure tests:
Before attaching the accessories, the pressure test is carried out for more than 4 hours, and the whole body is tested and repaired according to the situation.
After the accessories are pasted, overpressure and air pressure monitoring shall be carried out for more than 12 hours, and the test shall be repeated.
The accessories are pasted qualified, and the air pressure is monitored for more than 8 hours after assembly, and packaged after passing.
High-pressure detection within 12 hours at room temperature and leakage pressure within 1.0KPA.
