Q1. What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock items, there is no minimum order quantity;
For OEM items, please contact for further discussion.

Q2. Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a small sample fee will be charged for custom designs. Sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, you can ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight to our agent and we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 days to arrive.

Q3: Can I customize my logo or redesign the product?
Yes, of course. OEM is available. There are also multiple colors and patterns to choose from. We also have our own design team. We will create according to your requirements and guarantee to impress you.

Q4. How long is the sample lead time?
We can arrange the existing sample express delivery immediately. It only takes 3-5 days to reach your hands.
