Products Description

During fire incidents, command personnel often need a protected workspace close to the operation area. The Fire Shelter – Inflatable Incident Command Tent creates an enclosed environment for planning, communication, equipment management, and temporary office work.

The shelter uses a low-pressure inflatable frame with PVC-coated Oxford fabric. After inflation, the interior remains completely open, making it easy to arrange command tables, communication equipment, power distribution boxes, storage racks, or temporary workstations according to the task.

The standard model is supplied in a red-and-blue color scheme commonly used by fire rescue departments in China. Fabric colors, shelter dimensions, entrances, windows, internal partitions, lighting interfaces, cable ports, and logo printing can all be produced according to project requirements.

windows

PVC Window Pannels with Mesh Screen

Each window is fitted with a transparent PVC curtain and an inner mesh screen. The PVC layer reduces rain ingress, while the mesh allows natural ventilation when the curtain is rolled up.

Inner Lining

White Inner Lining

The white inner lining creates a brighter interior and helps reduce condensation inside the shelter during operation.

Zipper

SBS Zipper on Inner Lining

Heavy-duty SBS zippers connect the removable inner lining to the shelter body for installation, removal, and maintenance.

Removable Door Column

Removable Door Column

The inflatable door column can be detached when oversized equipment needs to enter or leave the shelter. After removal, the entrance width increases without affecting the remaining air beam structure.

We are always at your service when you need

Production begins with fabric cutting and preparation of all required components based on product drawings and specifications. The materials are then processed through welding, sewing, reinforcement, and assembly procedures to complete the shelter structure. During production, key dimensions, connection points, and component details are checked to maintain consistency with the design requirements.

After assembly, finished shelters undergo final inspection before being folded and packed. Packaging is prepared according to transportation requirements, allowing the products to be shipped for domestic delivery or international export.
