Today, our team followed the sales manager and quality manager into the inflatable tent production workshop for another product inspection. This time, the focus was a sand-colored Airbeam Tent prepared for a customer order.
The inspection went smoothly from start to finish. Our quality team carefully checked the appearance, fabric, seams, air beam structure, floor and other key details. Every part was inspected according to the production requirements before the order moved to the next stage.

The sand-colored Airbeam Tent has a practical structure for outdoor use. It is made up of several functional layers, including an outer cover, inflatable air beam frame, inner lining and PVC groundsheet. The outer cover can use flame-retardant 600D Oxford fabric or flame-retardant PVC-coated fabric, depending on the project requirements.
The inflatable frame is made from 0.7mm airtight PVC fabric. For specific applications, flame-retardant air beam fabric can also be selected. A 550g/m² PVC groundsheet helps provide a waterproof floor for outdoor deployment.
