These carry bags will have a clear pocket like the tents announcement board where a label will be put with the details of contents inside – for example if the sidewall fabric for 10-man tent is in the bag, the bag will have a clear pouch with label mentioning 'sidewall fabric – 10-man tent'. The printing on the labels to be laser or oil based NOT water based. We do not want printing to smudge or be illegible if labels come into contact with water.
Installation manual	We will organize installation manuals separately but we need one 30-man tent to be setup and a video sent to us on how to setup and dismantle for training purposes.
Repair kits	Repair kits for torn fabrics to be provided
Ground sheets	750 gsm PVC ground sheet; rubber anti slip walking strip (1 m width) spanning the length of the tent
Announcement board	Clear waterproof announcement board to be on the width side of the tent - quantity – 4 . When making the announcement board make sure water will not leak during rain and damage the printed paper customer will later put inside. Each announcement board must have a cover flap and be easy to put printed paper in and remove too. Topside of Announcement board to be 15 cm from top of side height.
