A: Sorry, all production runs are carefully designed according to the actual order quantity. Therefore, we do not hold or sell stock items

Q: Can I order some samples for testing?
A: Yes, prototype service is available. Sample price will be higher than bulk price.

Q: How much does the sample service cost?
A: Sample charges are calculated as follows: 3*quoted unit price. Initial sample charges will be reimbursed after the formal bulk order is placed.

Q: I'm not quite sure what I want. Can you help me design it?
A: We have an in-house design department and are happy to help you create an exclusive design collection. It's OK for you to provide us with hand-drawn sketches, reference samples/images, or complete works at any step of the project.
