The metal frame is fully welded, key seams use double-needle stitching, and additional fabric reinforcement can be added around corners, doors and guy-rope attachment points according to the tent specification of project requested.

Galvanized Steel Tube, providing better frame stability than round tube, and is generally used without ground beam.
Galvanized steel Pipe, ground beam can be added to improve frame stability, generally used for Standard Military and Filed tents.
Aluminium Pipe, Lightweight frame with easier handling and transport, suitable for the projects where lower frame weight is important.
Fabric Options
28x2 Silicone Canvas,used for traditional military-style tent and also available in different fabric specifications according to project requirements.
PVC fabric with Higher water resistance but lower breathability than canvas, for roof cover or complete tent cover, or custom per project requirements.
Oxford Fabric with PVC Coating, offers a balance between flexibility and water resistance, for tent walls or complete tent cover,or custom per project requirements.
Fabric Combinations
For many military tent projects, canvas side walls with a PVC roof are used to combine better breathability with water resistance. Other configurations, including all-canvas, all-PVC-coated fabric, or Oxford fabric with PVC coating, are also available.
The fabric configuration and specification are selected according to the local climate, intended use and project requirements.
Floor & Internal Lining Options
PVC flooring is commonly used as the ground floor system for metal frame military tents, providing a durable and water-resistant floor surface.
21 0D polyester fabric, a lighter lining option for general applications.
Double sides polyester fabric add white cotton for better temperature control for tent inside.
