Main components and functions

PVC canopy (outer top)

Sunshade + waterproof: reflect sunlight and reduce the temperature inside the tent; PVC coating is completely waterproof and can withstand heavy rain.

Durability: UV-resistant, not easy to age after long-term exposure.

Waterproof military canvas tarpaulin (middle layer)

High-density cotton canvas or polyester canvas, treated with PU/PVC coating, waterproof level can reach 3,000mm~10,000mm water column pressure.
Insulation buffer layer: forms a "sandwich structure" with PVC canopy and Oxford cloth inner tent to block external heat.

Oxford cloth inner tarpaulin (inner layer)

Moisture-proof and mildew-proof, lightweight and breathable, improve internal comfort.
Combined with canvas layer, it further reduces condensation problems.

PVC waterproof ground cloth

Thickened design (usually 0.3~0.5mm), completely isolated from ground moisture, rain and insects. Can be disassembled for cleaning or replacement separately.

Galvanized steel pipe frame

High strength, anti-corrosion, stable support, wind resistance up to level 8~10 (needs to be fixed with pull ropes and ground nails)

Ventilation and mosquito-proof design
