It can operate at much higher air pressure (6-10 bar), making the air beams extremely rigid-similar to metal frames. This provides excellent wind resistance, snow load capacity, and long-term structural stability, even in harsh environments.

Air rib anti-puncture & compression performance
Our High-Pressure Inflatable Tent air ribs are made of high-strength polyester yarn, and adopt flexible wear-resistant protective coating as a comprehensive protective layer. and use the combination of principle experiments, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to conduct research. And put the forward specific production standard for protective material performance, spraying thickness, spraying location, construction technology, etc., to improve the comprehensive protection capabilities of the tent. The breaking strength reaches more than 11000N, and the puncture resistance reaches more than 1500N. It also makes it have a much higher compression resistance than other high-pressure tent air ribs.


Super Air tightness of the air rib
air ribs flexible tube weaving draws on the method of alternately weaving the weft plain needle organization on the two needle beds of the double needle bed flat knitting machine, combined with the three-axis weaving and axial reinforcement weaving structure technology, changing the number of working needles of the two needle beds during weaving to form a "steering" structure, thus achieving seamless weaving and overall molding of air rib flexible tubes. In addition, the elastic brominated butyl rubber and rigid nylon materials are dynamically vulcanized, and the mixing ratio has been subjected to multiple experiments, measurements, analysis, and trials, and finally a composite closed membrane with light weight, high air tightness and elasticity is obtained.

The patented and unique processing method and process of tear-resistant fabric is to coat nylon filaments on the surface of carbon fiber to form reinforcing ribs in the production of fabric, and then arrange the reinforcing ribs with warp and weft yarns at intervals to form an anti-tear layer, which is then combined with the base fabric layer to obtain a tear-resistant fabric with excellent tear resistance. Excellent wind resistance
The main body of the tent is arched.This structure can effectively disperse the overall windpressure of the tent andenhance its wind resistance. The working pressure of the supporting air rib can reach 0.18MPa-0.25MPa, and the air rib can withstand the maxisafety pressure of ≥0.7MPa. Ensure that the overall strength is firm and no large shaking and displacement occurs when the wind force is ≥26m/s. If two adjacent air ribs leak at the same time due to special circumstances, the other air ribs can still support the tent from collapsing, which can effectively avoid damage to personnel and equipment.


High standard fire resistance
our patented flame-retardant tarpaulin and its preparation method,the base fabric layer and the stealth flame-retardant layer are arranged in sequence from the inside to the outside, and the stealth flame-retardant layer group uses patented materials proportion, which solves the problem of poor flame-retardant effect of tarpaulins in the prior art and greatly improves the flame-retardant performance of the tarpaulin.
Excellent waterproof performance
The tarpaulin uses self-developed waterproof glue on the front and waterproof strips on the sides. The double waterproof layer improves the waterproof performance of the tarpaulin. It also adopts a patented tarpaulin connection structure and a unique sewing interface design that solves the problem of damage to the waterproof zipper caused by sunlight, thereby better ensuring the waterproof performance of the tent.

A ring is set on the lower splint of the air rib clamp for connection with the ground nail. Large Clear Span Technology

The max stress of the gas rib support structure is 19.74MPa, and the max strain is 78.28mm, among which the max stress is concentrated at the clamping foot, and the max strain is at the arch.The tensile strength of the air rib material is 119.64MPa, so it meets the conditions of safety and stability, and has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, high tensile strength, and high rigidity.
