In September 2025, JINSAIL managed to supply 60 units of 40m² inflatable emergency tents to a distributor, serving the firefighting and emergency response sector in Poland. This project was kind of focused on fast deployment during crisis situations, disaster response , rescue missions, and temporary field shelters. The customer wanted a trustworthy inflatable tent setup that could be mounted quickly, keep a comfortable working space, and also match local operational requirements.

The Polish customer was looking for a portable shelter system that could be used in various emergency situations, including: Firefighting support operations,Emergency response missions,Disaster relief activities,Temporary command posts,Rescue team accommodation and Equipment storage .
Fast setup, durability, and easy transportation were the key requirements. The customer also requested several custom modifications to better fit local usage needs.
JINSAIL provided a 40m² inflatable tent with a size of 5m × 8m. The tent can be fully deployed within minutes using an air beam structure, making it ideal for time-critical emergency operations.
The tent structure uses high strength inflatable air beams, made from 0.7mm airtight PVC. It kinda removes the need for heavy metal frames, so the whole setup can be done fast with minimal manpower, less fuss actually.
For the outer layer, it's built from durable 600D Oxford fabric in a vivid bright orange. That color really helps visibility during emergency missions. Then there's a white 210D polyester inner lining that helps make the interior feel brighter as well as more comfortable.
To improve usability in different weather conditions, each tent was equipped with:
- 8 windows with mosquito nets
- Fabric curtains for privacy
- 2 entrance doors with mosquito nets
- Integrated fabric door curtains
- 2 heater tunnels for cold-weather operation
- PVC flooring for durability and easy cleaning
Custom Features for the Polish Market
To meet the customer's specific requirements, several customized features were added:
Two additional Velcro attachment panels
Heater tunnel locations adjusted according to customer drawings
Valve labels translated into Polish language
Complete accessory package including ropes, tensioners, ground stakes, and carrying bags
These modifications helped ensure that the tents could be deployed efficiently by local emergency response teams.
Project Results
The tents arrived on schedule and were integrated without issues into the customer's emergency response gear inventory, it went pretty smooth, honestly. That bright orange shade helps with visibility during rescue situations, and the inflatable structure really cuts down on the time to set everything up compared with the usual frame tents. Put together, the durability plus the portability and this fast, rapid deployment vibe makes these inflatable emergency tents a workable option for firefighting departments and other emergency response organizations, especially when time is short.
